Shipping Policy

Original Jasmine Tea currently ships only to addresses in the United States. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate US shipping address, including state, ZIP code, and phone number.

Orders are shipped by China International Small Packet. Tracking information is provided after shipment when available.

The typical estimated delivery window is 10-14 business days after shipment. Customs review, holidays, weather, or carrier delays may extend this window.

If we cannot meet the stated shipping window, we may contact the customer with an updated estimate and available options. Carrier returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses may not be refundable.

Sales tax is not automatically calculated at this time. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes unless Original Jasmine Tea is required to collect them. Shipping fees and free shipping thresholds are shown during checkout before PayPal payment approval.
