Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery is 10–14 business days after shipment via China Post International Small Packet. Customs, holidays, weather, or carrier delays may extend this window.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $8.99 per order. Orders over $59.00 qualify for free shipping. The exact shipping fee and free shipping threshold are shown at checkout.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently we only ship to addresses within the United States.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance, bank account, or credit/debit card via PayPal's checkout — a PayPal account is not required.
How do I look up my order?
Visit the Order Status page and enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout. You can view your order details, status, and tracking information there.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders that have not yet been paid can be cancelled from the Order Status page. Once an order is paid, it enters processing and cannot be modified. If you need help, contact us.
Returns & Refunds
What is your refund and return policy?
Please contact us within 7 calendar days after receipt for eligible after-sales issues. Deteriorated tea products must be reported within 48 hours after delivery signature. See our Refund & Return Policy page for details.
How do I request a refund?
Look up your order on the Order Status page and submit a refund request with your reason. We review requests within 1–2 business days.
Tea & Brewing
How should I store my jasmine tea?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, strong odors, and moisture. Keep the tea in its sealed packaging or an airtight container. Refrigeration is not recommended for jasmine green tea.
How do I brew jasmine green tea?
Use 175–185°F (80–85°C) water — not boiling. Steep about 1 teaspoon of leaves per 8 oz cup for 2–3 minutes. Jasmine green tea can usually be re-steeped once for a lighter second cup. See our blog for detailed brewing guides.
How much caffeine is in jasmine tea?
Jasmine tea is typically made with a green tea base, so it has a low to moderate amount of caffeine. Each product page lists the caffeine level (Low, Medium, or High).
Are your teas organic?
Our teas come from Hengzhou, Guangxi, where jasmine is cultivated in an ecological environment with fertile soil and a subtropical monsoon climate. Specific organic certifications vary by product — check individual product descriptions for details.
