Refund & Return Policy
1. Eligible After-Sales Return & Exchange Conditions
If you receive goods inconsistent with your order, damaged packaging caused during transit, missing items, or other issues attributable to our store, you may contact us via our official after-sales email ([email protected]) within 7 calendar days upon receipt and signature of the package for resolution.
For deteriorated tea products, you must reach out to us within 48 hours after signing for the delivery. Requests submitted beyond the 48-hour window will not be processed, as we cannot verify whether damage occurred during transportation.
2. Mandatory Requirements for Returns
Tea items submitted for return must remain completely unopened, unbrewed and unused. All original accessories including vacuum sealing films, factory tin cans, gift box outer packaging and matching tea sachets must be intact, with no signs of tearing, soaking, stains, dents or abrasions.
All original factory packaging of the product must be retained in full; replacement or disposal of packaging by yourself is prohibited. Please safely keep purchase evidence such as order screenshots, order receipts and delivery signature records, and submit them to our email along with your after-sales application.
In compliance with food hygiene and safety standards, all tea that has had its seal broken, been opened, brewed or consumed is non-refundable and cannot be resold. We appreciate your understanding.
3. Supplementary Terms
If only the outer package of tea is crushed with loose tea leakage, you do not need to send the goods back. Simply send clear photos and videos showing the damage to our after-sales email, and we will arrange a full reshipment or a full monetary refund for you.
Returns requested for subjective personal reasons including unsatisfactory taste, accidental orders, duplicate orders or personal dislike shall incur all inbound and outbound international shipping fees, which shall be borne solely by the buyer.
We reserve the right to reject any return requests that exceed the 7-day after-sales window, involve opened or damaged products, or lack complete original packaging and valid purchase proof.
